Club’s 37th Annual General Meeting
International Pioneer’s 37th Annual General Meeting was held with great
fanfare and aplomb at Tourist Bungalow at Karbi in Chitrakoot on November 12
and 13, 2006. Here more than 250 delegates from all over India assembled for
purpose of electing their office-bearers, including Ramnagar, Moradabad,
Delhi, Ghaziabad and Hapur etc. The Organisation’s election was an amiable
affair, sans a shred of rivalry. Amid mirth and laughter, the club delegates
elected unopposed Pion. Keshav Shivhare as the National
President, Pion. Santosh Mehrotra as the National
General Secretary and Pion. BD Pandey as the National
Treasurer.
| While the outgoing team headed by Pion. Manoj Karnaval congratulated
the new office-bearers. Soon after the election, when the new office-bearers
took oath of serving the Humanity without favour and discrimination, all
other delegates were cheering and clapping joyously which resounded the
Meeting Hall. Former National President Pion. Manoj Karnaval shook all
the new office-bearers by hand and embraced the new president. He also
expressed his hope that the organization would work for the entire humanity
with a renewed zeal, enthusiasm and a fresh surge of energy. |

On the occasion Special Guest was the Chairperson of Chitrakoot Municipal Board, Mrs. Laxmi Devi Sahu, and the chief guest was Swami Ramashreya Dasji Maharaj of Nirmohi Ahkara who administered the oath of Pioneerism to the newly elected office-bearers. Speaking on the occasion, Swami Ramashreya Dasji Maharaj said there is no bigger worship than serving the humanity. Serving the poor, needy people is the quintessential worship, praying and sacrifices. Extolling the works done by the International Pioneers Club, the holy guru said the need of the hour is to serve the homeless indigent persons and the downtrodden dalits in India. The spiritual guru also blessed the International Pioneers Clubs, calling its movement of serving the humanity as the highest form of worship. Founder of the Club Mr. Santosh Mehrotra also called upon the club members in Chitrakoot to realize the Club’s ideal of human service with full enthusiasm.

Want to Join The Mission?
You, too, can become member of this organization provided you are zealous and
committed for the social service. The zealous and committed people from any
part of India and the world, desirous of opening a new branch of the club can
write to the Secretary General at the Head Office for a copy of the
organization's BYELAWS and the MEMBERSHIP FORM. They can also download and
print the MEMBERSHIP FORM from this website which they can send us through
mail us after completing the formalities.
1. To
start a CLUB BRANCH in your own city, township or village, you’ve to register
at least SEVEN members in your branch and elect democratically the office
bearers of the branch and then inform the Head Office by sending the forms
filled duly. Then, the Head Office shall register names of all those members
and issue CERTIFICATES OF MEMBERSHIP to those Pioneers. The MEMBERSHIP FEE to
the Head Office may be remitted through Bank Draft /M.O. in favour of Head
Office, International Pioneers, Ramnagar Distt. Nainital, Uttaranchal (India)
through State Bank/ Central Bank/ Bank of Baroda or Punjab National Bank.
A CLUB BRANCH shall be recognized and be provided with facilities only when
it has enrolled at least SEVEN members, or when it completes its minimum
membership as required. A Single person may become a member directly of those
branches. In case the number of members remains less than SEVEN in any club
meeting, it shall not be treated as a full- fledged branch and thus shall
forfeit the status of a full branch. In any branch if the members fail to
remit all their membership dues in time that branch shall loose its
recognition automatically.
2. The Head office may allow opening of a branch only in such places where no
unit of International Pioneers already exists, through registering the
members and declaring them as the Pioneers. The convener shall enlist at
least SEVEN members and after election of the office- bearers with help of
the zonal chairman, shall duly inform the Head Office. The Head office shall
give its assent and thereafter that branch shall enjoy the status of a full
branch.
The Head office shall accept the membership only after due screening by the
membership form along with due fees for different categories i.e. for General
Members annual Rs.300/-, for life Members - Rs. 2000/-, for Pioneer Youth
Club Rs. 125/-, for Women Forum- Rs.125/-, and for Pioneers Eco Care Org.- Rs.100/-,
through Band Draft.
